Filtering AntiSafety numbers before registration

Added preliminary verification of phone numbers via AntiSafety. Updated versions of Telegram and fixed sending messages and mass subscriptions.

Registration Messaging Accounts

Pre-filter

  • Blocked numbers, numbers with low deliverability SMS or numbers without the ability to receive a code are rejected.
  • Numbers already registered in Telegram and numbers with two-factor authentication are rejected.
  • Numbers that have received FloodWait in the last 24 hours are rejected.

Versions Telegram

  • Android: 11.0.0 (51431), 11.0.0 (51432), 11.0.0 (51439).
  • Telegram X: 0.26.11.1733-armeabi-v7a, 0.26.11.1733-arm64-v8a.
  • Desktop: 5.4.0 x64.

Fixes

  • Errors in sending messages and mass subscriptions have been fixed.

Connecting a number pre-filter

  • Filtering is implemented in conjunction with AntiSafety and is performed based on the database before connecting to Telegram to register an inappropriate number.
  • The function is enabled in the “Mobile phone emulation” section of the registration module; AntiSafety account required.
  • In this version the option was disabled by default.
  • In the announcement, the team states the transfer of hash and status instead of the open number. This is a description of the mechanism by the source, not an independent security audit.
