Parsing using an account and leaving the source group

Data collection

Added the “Parsing from account” module for groups in which the account is a member, including those without a link.
Added uploading of data about groups.

Folders and files can be opened from the program, including databases .db through SQLite Studio.
In database cleaning, deletion of users without usernames has been added.
The menu remembers the selected section.

The option “Leave the donor group” after the operation is completed has been added to the “Invite by ID” and “Mailout by ID” modules.

To open the database from the interface, an association of *.db files with SQLite Studio was required.
When collecting users from an account, the database may not have a link to the donor group. According to the record, invite to ID does not work without this link; the source describes the possibility of adding it to the database manually.
The “Leave donor group” option applies to the group from which users are collected. By default, the account remained in it; this is not the target group of the invite.
